* We prefer that you register online to ease the sign-in process. You can register and purchase classes here.
* Otherwise, please arrive 10 minutes early to sign in.
* If it’s your first time to the studio and you haven’t signed up online, please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out our registration form.
* Arrive 10 to 15 minutes before class start time for a stress-free experience, allowing time to sign in and set up.
* Only leave class early if you must. It’s polite to let the teacher know beforehand if you need to leave early.
* Please remove shoes before entering the main studio.
* Silence your phone and place your belongings in the cubbies at the back of the studio.
* Refrain from wearing perfume or strong fragrance.
Bring a yoga mat, towel, and water to class. Expect to sweat!

Wear comfortable, lightweight clothing that allows you to move freely. Practicing barefoot provides the best traction and balance on your mat.
Yes! All classes are suited for all levels. Instructors can give modifications to make poses more accessible. If you want to ease into it, start by trying:
* Candlelight Flow & Restore (Tuesdays 7:30pm + Thursdays 7:30pm)
* Gentle Restorative (Sundays 6:00pm)
* Vinyasa Basics (Mondays 7:30pm + Sundays 9:30am)

You are always welcome to take as many breaks as you need, and rest in child’s pose at any time. It’s important to recognize when your body needs needs a break without feeling the need to “keep up” with what others are doing. Do what’s right for you. Even if you rest in child’s pose for the entire class, your body will still get the full benefits of sitting in a sauna!

If you choose to practice with an injury, focus on practicing within the limits of your injury, and have the mindfulness to modify or take breaks if you experience pain. Always let the instructor know if you have any injuries or conditions to be aware of. Our instructors will provide modifications as necessary.
Stay hydrated through the day and try not to eat any heavy meals up to three hours before class.
* Let the teacher know that you’re a beginner so they can keep an eye out and provide any extra guidance as necessary.
* Listen carefully. The instructor will expertly talk through poses but will not demonstrate all of them in class.
* Set up your mat in the middle or back of the room so you can watch others to follow along.
* Take as many breaks and child’s poses as you need.
* Breathe, relax, and have fun!
Absolutely! Yoga is a great way to increase flexibility, especially if you are not flexible! You only have to stretch your body to the level that challenges it. With patience and practice, your flexibility will increase.

There is a huge, free parking lot behind the building. Street parking is also free along Manchester Avenue, although it is limited to 1 hour between 8:00am and 6:00pm.
