It may be hard to believe that yoga is just the simple practice of breathing in and breathing out, but it is. In this workshop, we will simplify our practice and break down the basics of yoga. Though this workshop is geared towards beginners, it will be beneficial to practitioners of all levels!
Topics to be covered include:
  • The power of the breath
  • The asanas (postures)
  • The benefits of a mindful practice
  • The different styles of yoga
  • The use of props

Renisha will answer any questions that you have, so that when you leave, you are able to approach your yoga practice with confidence and ease.

Experience ultimate relaxation and healing through sound with Fawntice Finesse. Relax on your mat, and allow the vibrations of Tibetan Singing Bowls to take you into a deep meditative state. Sound therapy and healing has been shown to reduce or eliminate physical pain, stress and anxiety, insomnia, fatigue, and depression, and aid in memory function, concentration, clarity, detoxification, and general wellness. Enjoy!

** Dress warm and comfortable. Feel free to bring a pillow, blanket, and/or eye cover for deep relaxation!

 

 


Restorative Yoga + Massage

Treat yourself to an evening of peace and relaxation. Our instructor Lara will lead the group through restorative yoga poses. Meanwhile our Massage Therapist, Caitlin, will come around giving soothing massage adjustments. Ease tension, release stress, and find peace during this special class!

We are happy to host Stick Yoga classes with Dr. Alison Deliman! Stick Yoga offers a multitude of movements and stretching possibilities. Incorporating the use of 4’, 5’, 6’ and 7’ rattan sticks, you blend your body positions with a staff which creates additional support, balance and leverage. It is adding this additional tool or prop, which is used like a third leg that can enhance greater ease of stretching in gravity.
