During this 90 minute workshop we will delve into the power of the breath. We will combine ancient and current technologies of breath work such as Sukshma Vyayama (practiced by former Indian prime ministers), Kundalini yoga, Shakti Naam, and Transformational Breath. These ancient technologies will be combined with modern day music, mantras, movement, and intention to take you on a journey into your body, out of your mind, and into your soul.

Experience ultimate relaxation and healing through sound. Relax on your mat, and allow the vibrations of Tibetan Singing Bowls to take you into a deep meditative state. Sound therapy and healing has been shown to reduce or eliminate physical pain, stress and anxiety, insomnia, fatigue, and depression, and aid in memory function, concentration, clarity, detoxification, and general wellness. Inversion Workshop with Milena

Change your perspective, dissolve your fears and see the world upside-down.

In this 90 minute fun workshop your breath will be flowing and your body moving. Once warm, you will spend time learning how to build a strong, sturdy foundation, and connect with your core. Inversions like shoulder stand, headstand, forearm stand and handstand will be explored with the use of props and walls as needed.

This class will be set in a safe, loving, and supportive environment. All levels welcome!


Prenatal Yoga

This class will incorporate prenatal yoga sequences tailored to prepare your mind, body and spirit during this transitional period of pregnancy through delivery and postpartum. We will build strength, explore breath awareness and breathing techniques, as well as take time to truly connect with ourselves and our babies. All levels welcome. (Classes are NOT heated).

In a restorative yoga practice, we open the aperture of our awareness, and we access a state of potency. Through lecture, group discussion, and practicum you will learn how to guide yourself and others into a deeper state of being.

Pathways to this deeper state include supported postures, pranayama, and meditation; the nervous system is stimulated, our hormonal balance is regulated, and we are able to rest and digest life. Measurable results of relaxation include reduction of blood pressure, muscle tension, and fatigue, and improvement of immune function, digestion, and fertility.

Includes comprehensive training manual and post training resource package. This training program provides the foundation to invoke the body’s natural state.

We are happy to host Stick Yoga classes with Dr. Alison Deliman! Stick Yoga offers a multitude of movements and stretching possibilities. Incorporating the use of 4’, 5’, 6’ and 7’ rattan sticks, you blend your body positions with a staff which creates additional support, balance and leverage. It is adding this additional tool or prop, which is used like a third leg that can enhance greater ease of stretching in gravity.
