Experience ultimate relaxation and healing through sound. Relax on your mat, and allow the vibrations of Tibetan Singing Bowls to take you into a deep meditative state. Sound therapy and healing has been shown to reduce or eliminate physical pain, stress and anxiety, insomnia, fatigue, and depression, and aid in memory function, concentration, clarity, detoxification, and general wellness. You've been practicing yoga for a bit and are curious about inversions but don't know where to start and it usually happens all too quickly in class. Perfect! This is your chance to take it slow and try it out.

Balancing in the middle of the room may be a long way off, but it all starts with some very basic steps. Come explore inversion variations that will help you decide which inversions are right for YOU.

Start where you are. All levels welcome, inversion beginners encouraged.

Gentle Flow + Restore:
The first half of class includes movement and breath to warm you up and stretch your body. The last half of class includes calming restorative poses for deep relaxation.

In this Vinyasa Flow class, Lara will focus on twists and forward bends to cleanse and detoxify the body and mind.

Guest teacher, Kendra Corcoran, will assist throughout class by providing essential oils to invigorate and enhance the practice.

This class will incorporate prenatal yoga sequences tailored to prepare your mind, body and spirit during this transitional period of pregnancy through delivery and postpartum. We will build strength, explore breath awareness and breathing techniques, as well as take time to truly connect with ourselves and our babies. All levels welcome. (Classes are NOT heated).
