This class will incorporate prenatal yoga sequences tailored to prepare your mind, body and spirit during this transitional period of pregnancy through delivery and postpartum. We will build strength, explore breath awareness and breathing techniques, as well as take time to truly connect with ourselves and our babies. All levels welcome. (Classes are NOT heated).

Join Kali for a deep dive into yoga practices that focus on detoxifying and nourishing the internal organs, meridian channels, and energetic layers.  We’ll explore an integrative approach to methodic and strategic movement that draws from western science and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
Using strong physical practice, sweet yin, and decompressive restorative work to penetrate the mind-body-spirit complex, we’ll build a rhythmic practice of key poses and sequences that effectively and efficiently stimulates the digestive tract and purifies the soft tissues. Our practice will be supported by breathwork and subtle body practices that amplify our vibrant health.

A class about shedding layers and reconnecting to LOVE. Join IAM-LOVE.org founder Wendy Garafalo for this donation based yoga class to learn a little about what autism means and how you can help create a world of acceptance and love for kids and adults living with autism.

Did you know 1 in 58 kids is diagnosed with autism? Chances are you know someone or your kids go to school with someone with autism. Wendy has an incredible story to share about her son and how his journey with autism has shifted everything.
