Experience ultimate relaxation and healing through sound. Relax on your mat, and allow the vibrations of Tibetan Singing Bowls to take you into a deep meditative state. This class will incorporate prenatal yoga sequences tailored to prepare your mind, body and spirit during this transitional period of pregnancy through delivery and postpartum. We will build strength, explore breath awareness and breathing techniques, as well as take time to truly connect with ourselves and our babies. All levels welcome. (Classes are NOT heated).
