Heated Vinyasa FlowYoga poses are linked with breath and movement for a strong practice that develops strength, balance, and focus. Classes usually warm up with sun salutations, then lead to more challenging heat building poses and sequences. Classes will always end with cool down, savasana, and meditative relaxation.
Heated Vinyasa BasicsLearn the basics of vinyasa with a focus on alignment and coordinating movements with breath. This is a great class for beginners, as well as for seasoned yogis interested in further understanding proper alignment and technique.

Sound Bath BlissOnce a month, we host a healing Sound Bath with Certified Sound Therapist, Fawntice Finesse. Experience ultimate relaxation and healing through sound. Relax on your mat, and allow the vibrations of Tibetan Singing Bowls to take you into a deep meditative state.
Gentle Restorative(This class is not heated.) Restorative yoga nurtures the body through deep relaxation. During class, you will go through fewer poses, most of which will be lying down or seated. Blankets, bolsters, blocks, straps, and other props will be used to aid in comfort and relaxation.
Heated Candlelight Flow & RestoreFlow through gentle poses in serene candlelight. We’ll start the class with stretches and movement to warm you up, and allow plenty of time for restorative poses and relaxation at the end.
