For classes in the studio:

– Out of an abundance of caution, please wear a mask at all times.
– Bring proof of vaccination. This will be noted on your account so that you only have to show it once.
– Please bring your own yoga mat and props.
– For Restorative or Yin classes, please bring at least 1 block and 1 bolster (or blanket / towel that can be folded to a bolster shape.) If you don’t have props, you can still join class and we can make adjustments.
– Be respectful of others and please do not come to class if you have any symptoms of illness or known exposure to virus.

Be curious — try the variety of classes we have to offer. Allow yourself an open mind to experience a different style or teacher. Progress often happens when we try something new!

To keep you safe, we are taking the following following safety measures:

– The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
– Germicidal light bulbs installed.
– High touch surfaces and amenities are disinfected.
– Bookings are spaced apart to allow for cleaning
– Limited capacity based on state and local guidelines
– Increased access to space
– Providing hand sanitizer
– Signage indicates six-foot markers in common areas
