Take the time to read and understand the Terms & Conditions detailed below prior to booking a trip with Lara Estrada / Yoga Bliss. You will be required to confirm your agreement to these Terms & Conditions as part of the booking process.

By participating in the Renew & Discover retreat in Guatemala, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the policy in this page.

Payment Policy

• A $500 deposit is due at the time of reservation. The deposit is non-refundable.

• Payment of the full remaining balance of the trip price is due by January 15, 2024. A monthly payment plan can be set up at no additional charge by emailing Lara info@yogabliss-studio.com

• Reservations made after January 15, 2024 will require full payment.

• Payment can be made by credit or debit card (3% additional fee will be charged), Venmo or Zelle.

Cancellations and Refunds Policy

• The $500 deposit is non-refundable. There are no exceptions to this policy.

• If you cancel between January 1 and February 1, you will receive a 50% refund of the total retreat cost after deducting the non-refundable deposit.

• Cancellations made after February 1, 2024 will not be eligible for a refund, and you will be responsible for the full retreat cost.

• All cancellations need to be made in writing by emailing Lara Estrada at info@yogabliss-studio.com

• On a case to case basis, we may allow you to transfer your registration to another eligible participant. This transfer should be communicated to us in writing and approved by Lara.

• Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 days after the approval of the refund request.

Force Majeure

Lara Estrada / Yoga Bliss must make substantial payments to suppliers (including providers of land travel) far in advance of the scheduled date on which we embark. If a trip is cancelled due to forces beyond our control (acts of God, war, labor strikes, earthquake, flooding, government regulations, etc.), Lara Estrada / Yoga Bliss will promptly refund the portion of the trip cost not advanced to suppliers. The Company will use its best efforts to recover advance payments as promptly as possible, and will refund to you the amount recovered, if any. However, Lara Estrada / Yoga Bliss does not guarantee recovery of any or all of the advance payments made.

What is included in the price of the retreat:

• Daily yoga and meditation practices.

• Included excursions: Cultural boat tour. Visit to Cerro Tzankujil Nature Reserve.

• All meals (Saturday 3/9/2024 dinner. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Sunday 3/10/2024, Monday 3/11/2024, Tuesday 3/12/2024, Wednesday 3/13/2024. Breakfast on Thursday 3/14/24.)

• Accommodation is included solely when the accommodation option has been selected and paid for.

The following costs are not included in the price of the retreat:

• Flights into or out of Guatemala.

• Private transport booked outside of group scheduling for transportation.

• Any covid or other testing requirements that may be in place at the time of the trip.

• Items of a personal nature such as, gifts, toll calls, medical costs, the costs of hospitalization and evacuation, and additional expenses arising from the delay or extension of a trip due to weather, political disputes, sickness, failure of transportation, or other causes beyond our control.

Activities

Participant acknowledges and accepts that circumstances may arise which result in changes to the listed activities. Participant understands and agrees that: (i) Lara Estrada / Yoga Bliss may make last-minute or on-site decisions to address changed circumstances, (ii) Lara Estrada / Yoga Bliss does not guarantee conformity with any itineraries that have been published or furnished to participants and (iii) Lara Estrada / Yoga Bliss reserves the right to change the itinerary with or without notice to you.

Health Attestation & Liability Waiver

The participant has the responsibility to select a trip appropriate to their abilities and interests. The participant is held responsible for being in sufficient good mental and physical health to undertake the trip. The participant understands and is informed that, though extremely rare, there are some risks to the activities performed during the Renew & Discover Retreat in Guatemala, including but not limited to physical injuries, mental, emotional, or any other reaction, trauma. The participant, also, understands his/her physical limitations and he/she is sufficiently self-aware to stop physical activity before he/she become ill or injured. The participant agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or reaction, known or unknown, which he/she might incur as a result of participating in Renew & Discover Retreat or other programs offered by Lara Estrada / Yoga Bliss. The participant hereby, participant’s heirs, legal representatives or any member of their family, knowingly, voluntarily and expressly fully release, waive and forever discharge any and all rights or Claims he/she may have, now or in the future, against Lara Estrada / Yoga Bliss for bodily injury, death, emotional trauma or property damage or any others. The participant agrees not to sue Lara Estrada / Yoga Bliss for Claims, even if the Claims arise from the carelessness, negligence or gross negligence of Lara Estrada / Yoga Bliss and affiliates.

Lara Estrada / Yoga Bliss shall not be liable, directly, or indirectly, for bodily injury or property damage for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to the following causes: acts of God, pandemics, epidemics, detention, annoyance, weather, quarantines, strikes, civil disturbance, theft, negligence including negligence of the Trip Leaders, default, changes in government regulations, terrorism, war or failure of conveyance to arrive or depart as scheduled.

BY BOOKING THIS TRIP WITH LARA ESTRADA / YOGA BLISS, PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT PARTICIPANT HAS READ AND UNDERSTANDS THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OUTLINED ABOVE AND AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT.
